How it works
- Every form you publish with Auto Form Builder sends submissions to the central dashboard automatically.
- Open the inbox to browse, star, mark as read or move entries to Spam or Trash.
- Use search and filters to narrow results by form, date or any field value.
- Export to CSV or JSON when you need data elsewhere, or review partial entries from abandoned forms.
Why it matters
Leads lost in email threads or spreadsheets cost you revenue. A single inbox with search, filters and export means your team responds faster, follows up on abandoned forms and never lets a submission slip through the cracks.
Read submissions faster
Previous and Next follow the list you came from, with the same tab, filters, search, and sort. If you did not open the entry from a list, they follow All submissions, newest first.
Next unread shows how many are left, for example “Next unread (3 left)”, and opens the next unread entry in that list. When none are left, “All caught up” links back to the list.
The page shows where the entry sits in that list, for example “12 of 48 in Unread”.
After Move to Trash, Mark as spam, Not spam, Restore, or Delete permanently, the next entry in the list opens. At the end of the list, the previous entry opens. You return to the list only when it is empty.
On a phone, Previous, Next unread, and Next stay in a bar at the bottom of the screen.
Reply by email opens your email app with the submitter’s address and the subject “Re: form name”, when the entry has an email answer.
