Why Is It Free?

Most form plugins lock multi-step forms, conditional logic, surveys and integrations behind paid tiers. We don't. Auto Form Builder's income comes only from optional AI credits — so the entire form builder can stay free for everyone. Build unlimited forms, collect unlimited submissions, and never hit a paywall on a core feature.

What Actually Costs Money?

Only the AI features use credits: building a form with AI, generating conditional logic with AI, AI submission summaries and replies, "ask across submissions," the admin AI assistant, and conversational forms. Everything else — every field, every non-AI feature — is free and always will be. If you never turn on AI, you never pay anything and the plugin never contacts an external service.

Optional AI features run on credits — buy only what you use, with no subscription. Credits apply when you:

  • Build a form with AI
  • Conditional logic generation
  • Submission summaries
  • Drafted replies
  • Conversational form messages

Frequently asked questions

Is Auto Form Builder really free?
Yes — every form-building feature is free forever, with no account required. The only optional cost is AI credits.
Do I need to pay to remove a limit?
No. There are no feature paywalls, submission limits or form limits on the free plugin.
What are AI credits?
They power the optional AI features. A free AIDA account includes trial credits; after that you buy one-time packs — no subscription.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
The AI features pause until you top up. Every non-AI feature keeps working normally.
Is there a subscription?
No. The core is free, and AI credits are one-time purchases.
Does Stripe Payments cost extra?
The Stripe Payments add-on is free. Auto Form Builder adds no transaction fee and no percentage. You pay only Stripe's standard processing fees on each successful charge.
