This policy explains how the Auto Form Builder website and plugin handle data. Auto Form Builder is privacy-first: by default the plugin makes no external calls, and form submissions are stored on your own WordPress site, not ours.

Data the plugin stores
Form submissions are stored in your own WordPress database on your server. As the site owner, you are thedata controller for submissions you collect; Amora Digital does not receive or access them.
Optional external services (only if you enable them)
- AIDA (AI features) — off by default. Only when an admin enables an AI feature, connects an AIDA account, and uses it, the specific content for that action is sent to AIDA (operated by Auto Form CRM) and processed by AI provider Anthropic. This includes the form description or uploaded document when building with AI; submission content when you request a summary, reply or "ask across submissions"; admin assistant messages; and, if AI Conversation is enabled on a public form, the chat messages visitors type. Passwords handled by WordPress core are never sent. See autoformcrm.com/privacy and anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
- Slack notifications — off by default; if enabled, the form title, site name and (optionally) submitted answers are sent to your own Slack webhook.
- Anonymous usage & deactivation feedback — opt-in only; anonymous, and never include your site URL, email, IP or submission content.
Website analytics
This website uses Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand aggregate traffic. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across sites — it only records anonymous, aggregated usage statistics. No personal information is sold or shared.
