Acceptable use
You agree to use Auto Form Builder and this website lawfully and in good faith. You may not use the plugin or site to distribute malware, send spam, collect data without a lawful basis, or violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Optional AI credits (AIDA)
AI features are optional and require a separate AIDA account and credits, governed by the AIDA/Auto Form CRM terms at autoformcrm.com/terms. Credits are one-time purchases; no subscription.
Third-party services
You are responsible for complying with the terms of any services you connect to Auto Form Builder (for example Google, Slack, Zapier, Make, or GoHighLevel).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amora Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the plugin or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (typically zero for the free core plugin).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union.
