Adding fields

Drag a field from the left panel onto the canvas. Click it to open its settings.

Reordering

Drag to reorder, or use the Move Up/Down buttons on each field. Use undo/redo as you work.

Previewing

Preview on desktop, tablet and mobile before publishing.

Saving and embedding

Save the form, then copy its shortcode (for WordPress) or embed code (for any site). See Embed anywhere.
