Email notifications

Auto Form Builder sends two kinds of email per form: an admin notification and a user confirmation. Both are fully configurable.

Configure an email

1. Open Form Settings → the email section.
2. Set the recipient(s), subject, and message.
3. Use placeholders like {submission_data} and {form_name} in the body.
4. Choose styled HTML or plain text.

Conditional emails

Use conditional rules to send a different email, reroute it, or skip it based on answers.

Deliverability tip

If confirmation emails land in spam, your site may need an SMTP setup — a common WordPress requirement, independent of this plugin.
