Build the survey

Add any of the four survey fields (see Survey fields) to a form.

Read the results

Open the Survey Results page for per-question reports:

• Distribution charts for ratings and scales.
• Stacked-bar charts for tabular surveys.
• An automatic NPS score with the Promoter/Passive/Detractor breakdown.
• A 30-day response trend.

Survey answers also appear formatted in entry details and in CSV exports.
