Set it up
- Drag the Signature field onto your form.
- Save and publish.
Visitors sign with a mouse, finger or stylus. The signature is stored securely and shown as an image in the entry details — on WordPress pages and embedded forms. Ideal for consent forms, agreements and approvals.
