Entry Tags

Entry Tags is a free add-on for organizing submissions with color-coded labels.

Enable it

Open the Add-Ons screen and enable Entry Tags.

Create tags

1. Open the Tag Manager.
2. Create tags with a name, description and color — or apply a one-click template: CRM Workflow, Support Tickets, or Content Types.

Tag and filter

• Open any submission and use Manage Tags to apply one or more tags.
• Turn on the Tags column to see tags without opening each entry.
• Use quick-filter to show only entries with a given tag.

A statistics panel shows total tags, most-used tag, and tagged submissions. Everything runs in your WordPress admin — no external calls.
