Conversational forms

AI Conversation turns any form into a friendly chat that collects answers one at a time. AI is optional.

Turn it on

1. Enable AI Conversation from the Add-Ons or dashboard prompt.
2. Connect a free AIDA account (includes trial credits).
3. Enable AI Conversation on the form you want to present as a chat.

No rebuild is needed — it uses your existing form. Optional appointment booking is available via Auto Form CRM. AI usage runs on AIDA credits after the free trial.

Embed the chat

Each form’s settings have an Embed section with a copy-and-paste embed code, in the same format as a regular form. You can embed the chat on any website. It works for logged-in and logged-out visitors.

Open the regular form

In an embed, Open the regular form keeps the answers already given.

Payments

A payment form sends the visitor to Stripe Checkout when the chat finishes. The chat cannot fill in a Products field. A form with a Products field hands the visitor to the regular form, with their answers filled in, to choose products and pay.
